Keeping wrap bread in your house is really something I recommend if you know that you don’t have enough time to cook every day. I make sure to always buy these wraps, so that I can have a nutritious and nice lunch without having to put in too much effort. I also prepare the things to fill the wrap with beforehand, which makes it even easier. Here I’ve made oven baked sweet potatoes with turmeric, a chili hummus and pickled red cabbage. I also added kale and plant based “feta cheese”.

All you have to do for this one is to roast sweet potatoes in the oven with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and turmeric powder. You could add some nutritional yeast as well if you want to, it’s really nice. Roast them in the oven on 200°C for about 20 minutes.
I also pickled red cabbage by grating it and then add apple cider vinegar, a pinch of sea salt and possibly a tiny bit of maple syrup (works perfectly fine without it too). Just “massage” the cabbage so that it blends well, I suggest you do this in a big bowl. That’s it really, you can find the recipe for the hummus here. Nutritious and delicious!
