Still can't believe that I no longer count everything that I eat, that I'm not on a diet. You encouraged me to open my eyes and to actually see myself as a beautiful human being. Wow! I've learned so much about nutrition and food, things that I had no idea about before. Working with you has helped me create a food preference of my own and I've realised that healthy is not defined by my size.
