Welcome to The Art of Eathink podcast! This is a podcast that questions the societal structures that systematically tell us that we are not good enough and that our bodies should look a particular way in order to be approved and valued. The purpose of Eathink is to shift focus from what healthy “looks” like, to what it should feel like. Season one consists of 12 episodes in which I explore each and every pillar of my coaching programme. Perfectionism is something that many of us struggle with and in this episode I talk about how to move past perfectionism and work towards acceptance of who you are instead. I touch on the link between perfectionism and shame and how we tend to escape vulnerability by using perfectionism as a hiding place.
