FOOD FREEDOM COACHING PROGRAMME

Length: 12 weeks
Number of sessions: 12 sessions, once a week.
Length of each session: 60-90 minutes

About: This package is for you who feels a bit lost or perhaps even trapped, in yourself and your body. You tend to obsess over your weight and shape and you try to control the way you feel about yourself with food and exercise. You have a triggered relationship with certain types of food and you tend to feel bad after eating some foods that you believe could result it weight gain. You might have had an eating disorder in the past, that is no longer active or you might not have an eating disorder per definition but weight, body and food takes up a lot of your mental space. You are tired of spending time and energy on this never ending loop of negative emotions and thought patterns and you dream of a life in freedom. A life where you are free from thinking about food, weight and your body. A life where you are free in yourself as a being and ready to shine as the person you really are, underneath all of this.

This bespoke coaching package will take you from where you are today to where you want to go. Together we will go deep and do groundbreaking work that will help you on your journey towards a freer and much more joyful life. I use TIME-techniques to find the root cause of limiting beliefs and negative emotions and I help you release them. I use EFT and other helpful NLP-techniques that I believe will create a massive shift for you and I will coach you towards your goals. We will also talk about food, eating habits and nutrition from an evolutionary standpoint and I will give you all the knowledge you need to create your own sustainable food preferences. You will also learn how to understand your body in a better and how to tune in to your bodies biological signals. Together, you and I will create magic.

Payment: The total price for the programme is £1500 £749 and you can choose to pay the whole amount before we start the programme which will give you additionally 10% discount, or you can pay in three instalments. FOOD FREEDOM GROUP COACHING

Length: 12 weeks
Number of sessions: 12 sessions, once a week.
Length of each session: 90 minutes
Price: £985 £489 (offer ends on 14th of June 12pm BST)

About: The group coaching package are for you who are comfortable sharing in the space of others. This programme offers you the opportunity to heal in a safe setting with women who are experiencing similar challenges as yourself. There will be time for you to explore and space for you to grow, but you will have to share the time and room with 4-5 other coachees. I will be leading the group sessions which will be held online through Zoom and if everyone in the group give their consent, I will also record the sessions so that you can go back and revisit them in the future. The sessions will not be shared with anyone outside of the group.

This package will follow the same structure as the 1:1 bespoke coaching programme however it will not be as adjusted to the individual, as there are more people involved and I want it to beneficial for everyone. We will still go deep and do groundbreaking work together and you will walk out of this programme feeling empowered and ready to live life to the fullest.

Payment: The total price for the programme is £985 £489 and you can choose to pay the whole amount before we start the programme which will give you a 1:1 single session (60 min) with me for free, or you can pay in three instalments. VIP-DAY

Length: 3 hours
Number of sessions: 1 or 2 (you can split the time into two sessions if needed)
Price: £395 £199 (offer ends on 14th of June 12pm BST)

About: A VIP-Day is a day filled with nutritional bespoke advice and inspiration around nutritious cooking. We will talk about your relationship with food today and what your eating habits look like. We will also explore what your goals are with the session and what you expect as an outcome. We will explore your food preferences and create new ones if needed and you will learn so much about nutrition that you did not know before. I will inspire you to cook more natural and beautiful food and how to make cooking more fun!

What’s included? Alongside our session you will be provided with supporting content, a digital workbook and a nutrition eBook including over 20 recipes.
