Hummus is always a great addition to your food. It adds proteins to your plate, it’s creamy and tastes amazing. Or, at least this one does! For this occasion, I made mine to have in a wrap which is a stolen idea really from the fantastic store and restaurant Pepstop in Stockholm. If you’re ever there, check it out.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (400g) chickpeas in water
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp plant based mayo (or 1 tbsp olive oil)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 0.5 lemon (the juice)
- Sea salt, black pepper and chili powder (after taste)
- A bit of water if needed, to make it easier to mix.
Start by draining the chick peas (save the liquid as it can be used to make other things!). Then, add all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Just as easy as it sounds!
